Collection of maintenance fees and common expenses
Under the Condominium Law (No. 634), enforcement proceedings are started against unit owners and tenants for unpaid maintenance fees and common expenses, and late payment compensation and statutory interest are claimed. If the debtor objects, an action for annulment of objection is filed. We also provide ongoing advice on management plans, general assembly resolutions and the election of managers.
